Slow Stretch and Relax: this will be a gentle class with slow aligned movements, quiet meditation, relaxation and awareness of the beautiful surroundings in the Garden. The class is open to all levels with options to take modifications to poses as you wish. Jessica is a qualified yoga teacher in Vinyasa Flow and is also a physiotherapist with over 30 years' experience working with the human body. Jessica is passionate about yoga and the benefits that it can bring to your body and your life. She has a deep love of nature and likes to teach outside, bringing awareness of our connection to the natural world and all beings.
