Education

At the Garden, pupils can explore plants from across the globe through our extensive horticultural and glasshouse collections.

At Harcourt Arboretum, just six miles from central Oxford, 130-acres of natural woodland, coppice and wildflower meadow provide the perfect setting to learn about habitats, conservation, trees and climates in a fun, hands-on way.

Our sessions are active and exploratory - not classroom-based - and include practical investigations, arts and crafts, and group discussions. We aim to nurture curiosity and a lifelong love of nature, supporting and inspiring future generations of botanists, arborists and conservationists.

Please note that all education sessions are chargeable and early booking is recommended.
